is it worth to buy this camera? or better a cheap one in ebay for $8

This camera works exactly like a $30 camera works. It does the job which means you’ll see an image of what’s behind you but its resolution and quality in color are exactly what you can expect from a 30 dollar device.
Actually, the FPS refresh rate is surprisingly acceptable.
Can i replace the backup camera that is in my 2010 acura mdx with this one and still see the image on the built in screen?

Will this work for a chevy truck with an after market radio?
If your radio can accept a video RCA input then most likely yes- it really depends on the radio. I have one on my 2012 crew cab short bed Chevy 1500 and the eRapta ERT01 camera with a Kenwood DMX 7704 and it works well.
Is this compatible with a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
It mounts on the license plate. You have to run two wires from there to the display is on the dashboard. One wire is the video feed and the other is power from the reverse light bulb from the back of the Jeep. You will also need a radio with a backup camera feature. I'll assume your factory radio doesn't have one so you will also need a new radio.
Will they hold up to automotive use?
Yes, they are pretty good cameras, I have use others and they are not waterproof, this one works great, no issues, recommended
Dumb question but how do you use this? Do I need to buy something else to go with it?
Cabling and camera are included.... but you need to have a compatible car stereo where to connect the camera input or at least a little backup camera monitor on your dash
